Tjerk Bogtstra

During 6 years Tjerk Bogtstra (1966) was a tennis player in the premier league with ELTV (Eindhoven).

He’s also been national double champion (2 times) together with Paul Haarhuis (in 1989 and 1990). For about 5 ½ years Tjerk has been coach of Jan Siemerink and until 2006 he was captain of the Vifit Dutch Davis Cup team and the Fed Cup team. Besides he is also coordinator of private courses.

He prefers to spend his time with his daughter Annabel and several leisure activities like playing golf, listening to music, enjoying a good meal and being a big fan of the Dutch Football. He owns a season ticket of the footballclub Willem II.
