In 2005 Viviane Vereecken decided to follow her passion: the human and the interpersonal. She wanted to make  people discover their potential and let human talent grow. Make them realise how far their talent can go, how complementarily one can work and how to create team dynamics.

In this way people not only  develop themselves, but also their companies benefit. It's a perspective Viviane has got from her broad economic background and her years of international experience in sales, marketing, HR, and management. She combines it with the specific coaching applications of the world of sports that inspired the Mentally Fit Institute. She  has supplemented this know-how with  MBTI and Insights training,.

Among other things, Viviane  specialises in career guidance and executive coaching of managers and management teams within complex, international environments. Her interest for inter-personal and intercultural differences has earned her  assignments and recognition in many European countries,  including Russia and Morocco.

She joined the Mentally Fit Institute in 2005, where she combines two functions: her individual and collective coaching sessions, along with a commercial responsibility towards partners and key accounts. She has also  become acquainted  with the academic world on matters of coaching, change, talent, etc.
