The intellectual quotient being related to knowledge and expertise, there is a steady need to also develop the emotional quotient, the self-consciousness, the relationships…and to readjust the physical quotient, the health, and the energy-level.
As a matter of fact, we are hired on our IQ-level, and promoted thanks to the EQ-level.
But it’s only on our physical reliability of the PhQ, that we’ll build up a professional career.

According to the fundamental physics, a change expands naturally by the law of Gravitation, from the top downwards. The example comes from the top, and to transform a change into a success, the top unconditionally needs to be consistent and sustaining.
But simultaneously to this Gravitation, it is recommended to activate the upwards movement of Capillarity
Our guidelines in change always synchronize both actions:
- Top-down by reinforcing the the consistency of the top
- Bottom-up by stimulating the local champions in supporting the change.

An individual is nothing if not surrounded by a team.
We call Dream Team, all mystical team that wrote the history of the sports-tradition:
The symbolic USA basketball team at the
Olympics in Barcelona (1992), the football team of France (1998), the Ferrari team in 2002 and 2003, the Alinghi team during the America’s Cup in 2003 and so many others
But what do all those dream teams have in common, what are their constancy? Why did some of those disappear?
Our programs stimulate the 3 essential dimensions of a Team :
